•AI-powered website generation using Claude
•Visual code editor and live preview

•Website hosting and deployment options
•Code download and export features

3. Account Registration

To use PromptGear, you must create an account. You agree to:

•Provide accurate and complete information
•Maintain the security of your account credentials
•Be responsible for all activities under your account
•Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payments and Billing

PromptGear offers subscription plans and credit packages. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to the following:

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes.

Credits

Credits are used for AI operations. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit add-ons do not expire and roll over.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits from your subscription will not be refunded.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PromptGear to:

✗Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
✗Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
✗Distribute malware or malicious code
✗Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
✗Use the service for phishing, scams, or fraud
✗Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the websites, code, and content you create using PromptGear. You are free to use, modify, sell, or distribute your generated content without any restrictions from us.

Our Platform

The PromptGear platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PromptGear is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deployment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptGear and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination:

•Your access to the platform will be revoked
•You may download your generated content within 30 days
•Unused credits will not be refunded

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of PromptGear after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
